Below you will find the terms for memberships and payments for becoming a member. We endeavour to be upfront with all terms and conditions regarding membership, if you would like clarification on anything outlined below, please reach out via [email protected]

• All payments are either upfront (paid in full) or via direct debit automatic billing (using Credit or Debit cards – and we do not charge additional card fees).
• Payments via direct debit (DD) automatic billing can only be made by Credit or Debit cards – unfortunately the billing company we use does not offer BSB and Account debit option.
• Payments are made fortnightly as per agreement, and do not incur an additional card fee.
• Direct Debit payments continue throughout the year – including the closure periods – as the fees are calculated over a 12-month period and factor in the holidays.
• If you are travelling, please inform the team to see what options we can make for you. (i.e. Make-up sessions and or suspension periods).
• Upfront Payments are invoiced from our system which give options for bank transfer (fee free), secure link or card payment (cards incur a fee).
• General membership terms and conditions apply (as stated in your membership agreeement).
• Standard Cancellation Policy applies (30 days written notice).
• Standard Suspension & Injury Policy applies.
