Crocodile Martial Arts Australia – Picking Up & Dropping Off Minors Policy

Our Commitment

CMAA is committed to providing a safe environment for the participation of children and young people.

Part of this is ensuring that children and young people are not left alone after training.

What We Will Do

  • Advise that students in our Little Crocs Kenpo Karate Program, Junior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Program and Crocodile Kenpo Ju-Jitsu (CKJ) Level 1 Program, MUST have a parent or guardian in attendance at all times.
  • Request that students in our Kenpo Ju-Jitsu Level 2 Program have a parent or guardian in attendance wherever possible. Where that is not possible, they must not be dropped of greater than 30 mins prior to class start time and must be picked up no later than 10 mins after class concludes.
  • Request that students under 18 years old (who are not driving themselves to class) are collected promptly after classes end – especially after the last class of the day.
  • Students (under 18yrs old who do not have their own transport) left at the dojo after closing time will be supervised by staff until pick up, but excessive delays may incur a charge to cover staff overtime.

What We Ask You To Do

  • Abide by the parent in attendance rules, unless by prior arrangement.
  • Advise if your child is being accompanied / supervised / transported by another student family.
  • Pick up your child on time or make other arrangements.
